Take the worry and stress out of your day knowing that you can host a variety of celebrations on our beautiful church grounds.

Our Reception Hall is an 8,000 square foot building boasting our Hearth Room that can seat up to 75 people comfortably. These modern facilities offer clean restrooms, a gymnasium with alternate seating options for up to 140 people for dining, a full-size restaurant-style equipped kitchen, plus parking for guests.

The St. John’s Reception Hall includes the recently redecorated Hearth Room, a full kitchen, and a regulation size gym. These facilities are available for rent on a single or repeated use basis.

Insurance for the rental of our facilities is required.  Rates will be based on whether if alcohol is served. If serving alcohol an LCBO Special Occasion permit and a Smart Serve licensed bartender are required.

Single rental rates are as follows: 

Gym  –   $360   (125 – 140 for dining; 170 on chairs for a meeting)

Hearth Room  –  $250  (50–75 for dining; 85 on chairs for a meeting)

Kitchen   –   $130
